HOW TO USE MANGOSTEEN JUICE
Use and Storage
XanGo Juice is made from the whole fruit mangosteen and must be refrigerated after opening to maintain its freshness, premium taste and benefits. Please do not leave opened XanGo Juice out of the refrigerator for any extended time.
Many people pour an ounce of mangosteen juice in a water bottle for transportation in the middle of the day (at school, work or traveling).
Topical application – in addition to drinking the juice, many have found that soaking gauze with the juice and applying it topically can assist with burns, skin disorders, and other conditions.
Adults
The recommended starting dose is a total of 3 ounces a day. Take 1 oz. three times during the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are usually recommended.
If the juice bothers the stomach or digestion, reduce the amount to ½ oz. taken 3 times a day, for 3-4 days. Then titrate up to 1 oz. taken 3 times a day.
For those with chronic health issues, it is recommended to start with 2 oz. three times a week and then cut back to 1 ounce when the issues have subsided.
There is no maximum amount. It is a food and you can drink as much as you economically can afford.
Remember, this is a juice and not a medication. Each person will respond differently, so experiment with the dosage that works best for you.
Is mangosteen safe for women who are pregnant or nursing?
Yes, the mangosteen is only a fruit and mangosteen juice is simply a juice. It is recommended that you speak with your doctor about any changes in your diet during pregnancy and nursing.
Children
Is mangosteen juice safe for children and infants?
